We are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Bletchley , supporting pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in residential childcare, SEMH, autism, and therapeutic or trauma-informed settings. The school is based in Bletchley, offering a warm and supportive environment committed to trauma-informed practice.
The Role – Teaching Assistant (Bletchley)
You will be supporting children with a range of complex needs within a specialist classroom. Responsibilities include:
- Building strong, trusting relationships
- Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour management
- Adapting learning to individual needs
- Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality support
