SANZA Teaching Agency are recruiting on behalf of an excellent primary school in Havering. They are looking for fun, confident teaching assistants to work across early years (reception).
The role:
The roles will involve supporting key students who have additional needs, such as speech and language delays, Autism, and or SEMH (social, emotional, mental health needs).
What we are looking for teaching assistants who:
- Ideally holds a minimum CACHE Level 3 early years qualification
- Understand the importance of learning through play and child- led exploration, and how significant this is for development within the early years
- Can bring new ideas to the classroom
- Enjoy being active and getting involved with play- based learning
- Are observant and responsive to needs of individual children
- Celebrate diversity in all forms
- Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and welfare and a commitment to enforcing this
- Are committed to supporting children with additional needs
