The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with the Mersey View Learning Trust to recruit Teaching Assistants to join our supply pool, supporting their secondary schools on a day to day, short term and long term basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate and reliable individuals who want flexible work while making a real difference to pupils’ learning and development.
The Role:
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils’ learning on a 1:1 basis or in small groups

Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
-
Provide support for pupils with SEND where required
-
Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
-
Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)
-
A positive, proactive, and flexible approach
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Relevant TA qualification (desirable but not essential, depending on role)
