About the Role
We are currently recruiting for reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a range of secondary schools in the Coventry and Warwickshire area.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible day-to-day work as well as those looking for long-term placements, with the potential to secure ongoing roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects
- Work closely with students to provide one-to-one and small group support
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support students with additional needs where required
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant
- Experience within a UK secondary school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and adaptable approach to classroom support
- Access to your own vehicle is advantageous due to location flexibility.
