Reed Education are currently recruiting on behalf of a secondary school in Bracknell for a Temporary Teaching Assistant (TA Level 4) to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with experience supporting students in both one-to-one settings and small group environments.

About the Role

  • Provide tailored support to students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
  • Assist teachers with planning and delivering engaging learning activities
  • Support students with varying needs to help them achieve their full potential
  • Promote a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment
  • Help manage behaviour and encourage student engagement

About You

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience working with children one-to-one and in small groups
  • Be patient, adaptable and supportive in their approach
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Be reliable and able to quickly build rapport with students and staff
