Reed Education are currently recruiting on behalf of a secondary school in Bracknell for a Temporary Teaching Assistant (TA Level 4) to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with experience supporting students in both one-to-one settings and small group environments.
About the Role
- Provide tailored support to students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
- Assist teachers with planning and delivering engaging learning activities
- Support students with varying needs to help them achieve their full potential
- Promote a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Help manage behaviour and encourage student engagement
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working with children one-to-one and in small groups
- Be patient, adaptable and supportive in their approach
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Be reliable and able to quickly build rapport with students and staff
