We are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for long-term, full-time roles across Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, Wolverhampton, and surrounding areas.
Whether you are available immediately or planning ahead for September 2026, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements
To be considered for these roles, you will need:
- A Level 2 or above child-related qualification (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 6 months' experience working within a UK school, or a relevant degree linked to education or classroom support
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
The Role
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting teachers within the classroom
- Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Assisting with learning activities and behaviour support
- Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
