£14.75 an hour
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting passionate and reliable Teaching Assistants to work in specialist SEN/SEMH schools across the Forest area and surrounding locations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly supportive setting, where classes are no larger than 4 students, allowing you to provide meaningful, individualised support. You will work alongside a Teacher and dedicated Pastoral staff member in every class.
The Role:
- Support students with SEN and SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Help manage behaviour and support emotional regulation
- Assist with learning activities tailored to individual needs
- Build positive relationships and support student development
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working with children or young people (essential)
- Experience in SEN and/or SEMH (highly desirable)
- Reliable, resilient, and confident in a classroom setting
- A proactive and positive attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
