They are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and has experience working with Key Stage 2 children. In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver interactive sessions that engage and inspire students. Additionally, you should be able to move around the school and work across different year groups as needed.
This position would suit a teaching assistant who is seeking a healthy work-life balance and thrives in a collaborative, supportive team environment. As an outstanding teaching assistant, we expect you to:
Have experience working within Key Stage 2 (Years 3, 4, 5, and 6)
Be confident and knowledgeable with the curriculum
Be able to mark work and provide constructive feedback
Be a team player and work closely with other staff members
Be passionate about supporting students with additional needs (including SNRB students)
