Location: Hammersmith & Fulham, London Start Date: September 2026 Contract Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and proactive Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Hammersmith & Fulham from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in children's education while gaining valuable experience.
Key Responsibilities Support pupils in class and in small groups to enhance learning outcomes. Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management, and administrative tasks. Provide one-to-one support for pupils with additional needs where required. Encourage confidence, engagement, and independence among pupils. Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience working with children (desirable but not essential). Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Passion for supporting children's learning and development.
