TEAM ASSISTANT
Our clients' Global Markets Division is seeking exceptional Team Assistants to join a high-performing, client-focused environment. TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE:
- Managing extensive calendars for large teams, including MD and Partner-level
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings and calls
- Managing a high volume of phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely manner
- Coordinating room bookings for internal and external meetings, Zooms and VCs across multiple locations
- Coordinating travel arrangements for the team, including visa applications, international flights, accommodation bookings, and car bookings
- Implementing divisional policies and providing guidance to the team
- Managing and preparing expenses
- Taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow
- Supporting teams with day-to-day issues, needs and queries
- Providing phone and holiday cover for colleagues
TEAM ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
- Having a minimum of 3-4 years of busy Team Assistant experience, and experience working with large teams in a highly demanding environment is desirable
- Demonstrating excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
- Prioritising a variety of time-sensitive tasks
- Demonstrating dependability and close attention to detail while multitasking
- Displaying a consistent and professional level of communication skills in person, over the phone and by email to senior-level executives
- Working comfortably with people at all organisational levels, internally and externally
- Working effectively as a team player under pressure within a changing environment
- Remaining flexible and adaptable while supporting multiple teams
