We are excited to be recruiting Team Support Assistant, for our Bury St Edmunds based client. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the internal teams, ensuring that they have timely and accurate information. To ensure that client records are kept fully up to date with all related correspondence uploaded and correct indexing to appropriate systems
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Input details onto systems/databases
- Undertake scanning and ensure information is saved accurately
- Collate information and prepare client review meeting packs
- Input and analyse completed questionnaires
- Undertake post review work in accordance with the checklist
- Liaise with the team regarding reviews that are due each month and keep opportunities up to date
- Complete anti money laundering checks
- Generate policy information request letters
- Set up the event list and analysis sheet
- Complete Policy analysis
- Undertake general administrative tasks
- Maintain and update training records
- Cover reception when required
- Assist with /IT queries
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- High level of attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work as a team
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to identify and raise any issues or errors
- Ability to follow rules and procedures
