The Role?
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll focus on:
- Headhunting top talent for high-growth tech clients
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Cold calling, candidate engagement, and delivering results from day one
- Expanding accounts and winning new roles
- Mentoring junior consultants in candidate sourcing and engagement
