Your responsibilities as Technical Project Engineering Lead
- Lead the technical design and development of new products and engineering projects
- Work alongside other teams to define delivery plans, resources, risks and timescales
- Support customer enquiries, bids and quotations through solution design and technical input
- Ensure design documentation and records are maintained in line with quality requirements
- Drive continuous improvement across engineering processes and working practices
- Maintain compliance with quality, health and safety, and relevant industry standards
What we’re looking for in a Technical Project Engineering Lead
- Previous technical leadership experience within a high-technology engineering environment
- Strong knowledge of electronics, embedded systems and complex engineered products
- Experience across mechanical and electronic design, manufacture and testing activities
- Knowledge of 3D CAD software, ideally SolidWorks, alongside electrical design principles
- Degree qualification in Mechanical, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience
You will be working Monday-Friday, onsite in Wokingham
