Technical Sales Assistant – Edinburgh – Climate Centre

As a Technical Sales Assistant based in Edinburgh you’ll be responsible for:

Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations.

Handling customer queries and provide solutions, including sourcing, quoting, and managing special orders

Proactively contacting customers to build relationships and drive branch sales particularly focusing on customers with reduced or inactive spending

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product developments, market trends, and industry changes
-
Coordinating with suppliers to source materials, check availability, and negotiate costs.
This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08:00 – 17:00. There is also flexibility, which can be discussed at interview.
