Technical Sales Manager, South of England, Engineering Services, Up to £57,500 dependent on experience plus bonuses, car and full package including generous pension and private health. An established leader in high-performance precision engineering solutions is looking for a Sales Manager to cover the South of England. With a history of over fifty years, the company provides highly engineered solutions to a wide range of industries, including high-performance automotive, aerospace, and marine industries. This role reports directly to the Sales and Marketing Director and enables you to significantly impact the business direction. The position is perfect for someone with technical sales experience in injection moulding, rubber moulding, vacuum moulding, additive manufacturing, rapid prototyping, 3D printing services or similar. The company offers a great team environment and boasts world-class engineering experience.
In Return, You Will Receive
- Basic salary of circa £55,000. There will be flexibility for some with perfect experience and a contact base.

What is Needed to Apply to the Role of Technical Sales Manager, Engineering Services
- You will be a technical sales experience with knowledge of a variety of industries and precision tooling manufacturing processes.
- Ideal sales backgrounds include: 3D printing services, rapid prototyping services, injection moulding, rubber moulding, CNC, EDM, compression moulding, transfer moulding, Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) moulding, vacuum moulding, toolmaking services or similar.
- You must be technically proficient and able to hold conversations and immediately gain credibility with R&D engineers.
- You should be able to read CAD drawings alongside clients.
- As this is an autonomous role, you will have excellent organisational and time management skills.
- As a sales professional, you will have a proactive mindset and be disciplined with credibility and high integrity.
- After a thorough induction process, you will be expected to 'hit the ground running' reasonably quickly and manage your own KPIs.
