Salary: £25,000 – £29,000 per annum, plus bonus

The Role
As a Telesales Agent, you'll play a key role in supporting our sales growth by developing relationships with customers, generating new opportunities, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Acting as the voice of Black Sheep Brewery, you'll engage with both existing and prospective customers, helping them discover the right products for their business.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, thrives on achieving targets, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pubs, bars, retailers, and trade customers
- Proactively contact existing and prospective customers to generate sales and increase account growth
- Promote new product launches, seasonal ranges, and brewery promotions
- Accurately process customer orders and enquiries
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Follow up leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Work closely with internal sales and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Provide product recommendations tailored to customer needs
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in telesales, sales, customer service, account management, or a similar customer-focused role
- Confident, professional, and engaging on the telephone
- Motivated by targets and achieving results
- An excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive, and attentive to detail
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service
- Interested in beer, hospitality, food and drink, or the wider brewing industry (desirable but not essential)
