We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Accounts Assistant to join our client's finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous accounts experience who can hit the ground running and support the team during a busy period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Assisting with bank reconciliations
- Handling payment runs
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting the finance team with general administrative duties
- Assisting with month-end processes where required
About You:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Able to work independently and manage a busy workload
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
