Description
- Process and review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain and update accounts payable records.
- Assist in reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end accounting processes as required.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding payment queries.
- Adhere to company and regulatory compliance policies in all financial transactions.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting and finance department.
Profile
A successful Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant should have:
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures.
