Your new role
This is a new and busy administration job supporting a busy team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme and manage the workflow of permits and to meet client SLAs.
- Request required Stats
- Check for road space
- Manage the submission and administration of highway permits.
- Prioritise effectively to ensure all permitting deadlines are met.
- Handle requests, receipts, and assessments of Traffic Management drawings before permitting.
- Ensure compliance with NRSWA regulations and address any issues or requests from Local Authorities.
- Ensure timely opening/closing of permits to avoid fines from local authorities.
- Provide prompt responses to internal and external enquiries from Local Authorities and Project Teams.
- Produce and or interpret daily reports to ensure fines are avoided.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to advise on restrictions and working regulations.
- Confirm & advise collaborative working with Schedulers & Supervisors
What you'll need to succeed
- To succeed, you will need a minimum of 1 year of technical administration experience.
- Be immediately available to start; have great IT skills; be super organised with great communication skills.
