Ongoing temporary credit controller – hybrid working after initial training
Your new role:
This is an urgent need for a skilled credit controller to join a Woking-based client, on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a fast-paced and varied role that will see you take ownership of your own ledger of accounts. Duties within the role will include:
- Chasing due and overdue payments by telephone, e-mail and letter
- Extensive query and dispute resolution
- Working with internal colleagues (sales, finance, project managers etc) to resolve issues that may delay payment
- Reconciling customer accounts to understand the debt position
- Attending weekly debt meetings to discuss high risk customers
- Reporting on aged debt
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a skilled business-to-business credit controller, who is available to start an ongoing temporary role. You will have a proven track record of managing your own ledger of accounts, building excellent relationships both internally and externally, and making a positive impact on aged debt levels. You will also have excellent attention to detail and have experience of reconciling customer accounts.
IT literacy is essential, you will use Excel for reporting and analysis.
