Full-time | Monday–Friday | 3-Month Contract
£18.17 PAYE / £23.06 Umbrella (non-negotiable)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Temporary Lettings Coordinator to join a well-established Housing Association based in Beeston (NG9). This is an excellent short-term opportunity for someone with a strong background in social housing who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
About the Role
This is a predominantly office-based role, with some flexibility to work from home once fully onboarded. You will play a key part in supporting lettings and tenancy-related processes, helping to manage caseloads and contribute to reducing operational backlogs.
This role requires someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple processes simultaneously within a structured team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage lettings and tenancy-related processes
- Maintain accurate records, casework, and administrative systems
- Work across multiple lists and workflows efficiently
- Support backlog reduction and ensure timely case progression
- Communicate with customers via letters and occasional calls
- Collaborate closely with the wider housing team
Essential Criteria
Proven experience in social housing(essential – candidates outside the sector will not be considered)
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Proactive, self-sufficient, and able to work independently
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
Desirable (Nice to Have)
- Experience in lettings within social housing
- Background in other housing functions (e.g. tenancy management, service charges)
- Strong attention to detail and process-driven experience
- Some exposure to customer interaction
- Experience working in a hybrid working environment
