A well-established, busy car dealership in Burgess Hill is seeking a friendly and reliable Temporary Receptionist to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are specifically looking for temporary work and can offer flexibility with their availability.
Key Details
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Occasional Saturdays required
- Ongoing ad-hoc bookings – must be able to commit to cover booked days/weeks/months in advance
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
- Ensuring the reception area is presentable at all times
About You
- A confident people person with excellent communication skills
- Reliable, flexible, and able to commit to pre-booked assignments
- Well-presented and professional at all times
- Previous reception or customer-facing experience is essential
- Motor industry experience would be a distinct advantage
