The Role
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience within a luxury womenswear environment.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide personalised styling advice.
- Drive sales through confident product recommendations, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Maintain impeccable shop floor standards and visual presentation.
- Support with fitting room management, cash desk duties, and gift wrapping.
- Assist with stock replenishment, deliveries, and stockroom organisation.
- Represent luxury brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
- Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining high service standards.
About You
- Previous luxury retail experience is essential, ideally within fashion or womenswear.
- Passionate about fashion, styling, and delivering a premium customer experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident building rapport with customers and driving sales.
- Well-presented, professional, and proactive.
- Flexible with availability, including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Based in Bicester or able to commute easily to Bicester.
