Description

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
  • Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to staff and management.
  • Handle confidential employee queries with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support payroll processes by providing accurate employee data.
  • Contribute to staff wellbeing initiatives and engagement activities.

Profile

A successful Term Time HR Assistant professional should have:

  • Previous experience in a human resources role, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
  • A solid understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary ranging from £27,000 to £28,000 per annum.
