The Role:

As a TikTok Affiliate Manager, you'll be responsible for owning and growing the affiliate channel, managing creator relationships at scale and developing performance-driven content strategies that deliver measurable commercial results.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help shape the future of social commerce within a business that genuinely values innovation, creativity and data-led decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end TikTok Shop affiliate strategy, from creator recruitment and onboarding through to activation, optimisation and retention.

• Build, manage and scale a high-performing creator network, maintaining strong relationships whilst ensuring consistent content output and commercial performance.

• Develop conversion-focused content strategies designed to maximise GMV, engagement and return on investment.

• Plan and execute affiliate campaigns in line with wider product launches, promotional activity and commercial priorities.

• Create and manage a structured product seeding and sampling programme, ensuring all activity is measurable and commercially effective.

• Coordinate and support livestream initiatives, working closely with creators, hosts and internal stakeholders to maximise performance.

• Analyse TikTok Shop performance data to identify growth opportunities, optimise creator mix and improve campaign effectiveness.

• Track, report and present on key metrics including GMV, conversion rates, affiliate performance, content engagement and overall channel growth.

• Stay ahead of platform updates, creator trends and emerging opportunities within the social commerce landscape.

About You:

• Proven experience as a TikTok Manager, Affiliate Marketing Manager, Influencer Marketing Manager or similar role.

• Demonstrable success driving significant revenue through TikTok Shop affiliate programmes.

• Experience managing large-scale creator networks, ideally ranging from hundreds to thousands of active affiliates.

• Deep understanding of TikTok Shop functionality, including affiliate programmes, creator management, commission structures, product showcases and livestream commerce.
