We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's Investment Banking team in London, with a focus onTMT.
The firm specialises in advising growth-stage technology businesses on M&A and financing transactions, with deep expertise across areas such as software, fintech, digital media and broader tech-enabled sectors.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of sell-side M&A and growth financing transactions
- Build and maintain financial models, valuations, and client materials
- Assist in running transaction processes, including due diligence and coordination
- Prepare pitchbooks, IMs, and strategic materials
- Work closely with senior bankers on live deals and client interaction
- Contribute to market analysis and sector insights across technology
Requirements
- 1-3 years' investment banking experience, ideally within TMT / technology
- Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities
- Exposure to software or tech-enabled businesses preferred
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
- Collaborative and proactive mindset
