Nenebrook Limited
Trainee Accounts Assistant (Temp-to-Perm)
Coleshill | Office-Based
My client, a market leader within a specialist sector, is continuing to grow and, as part of this expansion, is now seeking a Trainee Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a temp-to-perm basis.
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their finance career to gain broad, hands-on exposure across a high-performing finance function.
You will gain experience across:
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger
- General Ledger
- Banking & Cashier duties
- Management & Financial Accounting
This role is ideally suited to someone who has recently completed full-time education and is keen to build a career in finance. An interest in studying towards an AAT (NVQ) qualification is essential (or already underway).
While previous experience within finance or accountancy would be advantageous, it is not essential. My client is primarily looking for individuals with:
- A strong work ethic
- A positive, can-do attitude
- A genuine interest in developing within finance
In return, you will benefit from excellent on-the-job training, career development, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position within a growing business.
