We're looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Dental Nurse to join our established team. No previous dental experience is required. You'll receive practical training every day while working alongside experienced clinicians and studying towards a recognised Dental Nursing qualification.
This varied clinical environment offers an excellent foundation for anyone serious about building a successful career in dentistry. Working within our practice means you'll develop experience across a wide range of dentistry.

Our West Wickham practice has been caring for patients across Bromley and the surrounding areas for many years. We are committed to delivering excellent standards of care in a relaxed and welcoming setting where patients feel listened to and supported.
As a trainee, you'll become part of a friendly, experienced team that enjoys helping new dental professionals grow in confidence and develop their clinical skills.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Every day will bring new opportunities to learn and develop. You'll be involved in many aspects of the practice, including:
- Preparing surgeries before patient appointments
- Assisting dentists during a variety of treatments
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection prevention
- Sterilising instruments and organising clinical equipment
- Supporting patients throughout their appointments
- Updating clinical records accurately
- Working closely with the reception and clinical teams to ensure appointments run smoothly
What We're Looking For:
You'll be someone who:
- Enjoys working with people
- Has a positive attitude and is keen to learn
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Has basic computer skills
- Is enrolled on, or intends to enrol on, an approved NEBDN Dental Nursing qualification
- Has the right to work in the UK & National Insurance number
- Has received the first Hepatitis B vaccination, or is willing to begin the vaccination programme
Hours:
Monday: 8:00am – 6:00pm Tuesday to Thursday: 8:00am – 8:00pm Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Saturday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
