Our successful estate agency client in Churchdown, Gloucester is looking for a Trainee Estate Agent to join their busy team. No previous estate agency experience is needed as full training and support will be provided.

Your role will include:
-Helping sell properties and achieve sales targets
-Meeting customers and providing excellent service
-Speaking with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and surveyors
-Arranging property appointments and valuations
-Keeping records updated on the company system
-Promoting the company’s services
-Following industry rules and company procedures
Candidate Attributes:
-Positive attitude and great customer service skills
-Motivated, reliable, and hardworking
-Good communication skills in person and over the phone
-Professional, and well presented
-Full driving licence and access to your own car

Training salary: Up to £27,500 per annum (guaranteed for the first 9 months)
After training: Up to £30,000 OTE (inclusive of your basic salary + commission)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm, every Saturday 9am – 5pm (with a weekday off in lieu, still working 5 out of 7 days per week )
