Pear Recruitment: Trainee/ Experienced Recruitment Consultant
Location: Watford
Salary: £22,000 – £30,000 + Com OTE £40,000 – £50,000
Hours: 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm

Duties
- Make calls to connect with contacts and generate new business leads
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Identify and qualify potential leads and reference your candidates prior to interview
- Interview jobseekers to continuously enhance the database of jobseekers
- Screen and shortlist candidates for their recruiting clients or their own organisation
- Negotiate any agency fees
- Prepare candidates for interviews and assist with on Boarding
- Headhunt by approaching candidates for executive roles and specialist positions
- Utilise social media platforms to source, engage, and build relationships with prospective candidates.
- Advertising vacancies and managing job postings across multiple platforms.
- Meet individual and team performance targets and KPIs.
Candidate requirements:
- Ability to build great relationships
- Passionate about driving sales, hitting targets and hungry to succeed
- Driven, ambitious and resilient
- Previous sales experience would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
