A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Financial Administrator to join a successful and growing Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) practice in Barnet.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate, school leaver, or someone looking to begin a career in financial planning. Full training will be provided, alongside study support towards professional qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the Adviser and Paraplanner
  • Processing new business applications
  • Preparing client documentation and review packs
  • Updating and maintaining client records
  • Liaising with clients, providers, and platforms
  • Assisting with onboarding new clients
  • Managing correspondence and diary scheduling
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the office

About You

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good organisational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Interest in financial services and wealth management
  • Previous office experience is beneficial but not essential
