The role is designed for an ambitious Paraplanner who is looking to progress into a Financial Planner position. Initially, you will work in a client-facing Paraplanner capacity, supporting experienced advisers and attending client meetings, before transitioning into an authorised adviser role after approximately 12 months.

Ideal candidates will have:
• Experience within Financial Planning as a Paraplanner or similar technical role
• Progress towards, or completion of, Level 4 Diploma qualifications
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ambition to become a successful Financial Planner
• A long-term mindset and desire to grow with the business
