The business is investing heavily in its regional offices and has ambitious growth plans, making this an excellent time to join an organisation that is committed to developing talent from within.
The role is designed for an ambitious Paraplanner who is looking to progress into a Financial Planner position. Initially, you will work in a client-facing Paraplanner capacity, supporting experienced advisers and attending client meetings, before transitioning into an authorised adviser role after approximately 12 months.

Ideal candidates will have:
• Experience within Financial Planning as a Paraplanner or similar technical role
• Progress towards, or completion of, Level 4 Diploma qualifications
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ambition to become a successful Financial Planner
• A long-term mindset and desire to grow with the business
