Key Responsibilities • Support customers by handling enquiries and assisting with their insurance requirements. • Learn to assess client needs and prepare appropriate insurance quotations. • Develop relationships with customers, insurers, and colleagues to support positive outcomes. • Maintain accurate records and contribute to a high standard of customer service throughout the insurance process.
About You • Previous experience in customer service, sales, administration, or insurance. • Experience working in a client-facing or customer-focused environment. • Ability to manage administrative tasks accurately and maintain detailed records.
