Trainee Mortgage Administrator – Financial Services

You’ll join a supportive, well-established financial services company, Focus on building mortgage adviser support skills, and benefit from full training and support, as well as a clear development pathway over time if desired.
The Role/ Company Info
This is a well-established financial planning team of around 15, operating a successful Wealth department alongside a highly established mortgage business.
The culture is social, supportive and collaborative. It’s a close-knit team that works hard but also makes time for team events and a positive working environment.
This role would suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced setting, values teamwork, and wants to take real ownership of their work.
Role Details
- Supporting the mortgage and protection team with end-to-end case management.
- Managing client cases through to completion, ensuring deadlines and service levels are met.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, lenders and providers.
- Handling client queries and ensuring they are resolved efficiently and professionally.
- Assisting with more technical tasks such as research and suitability letter preparation (training provided).
- Working closely with advisers to ensure a smooth and high-quality client experience.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll have real responsibility and the opportunity to develop your technical skills over time.

- £25,000 – £35,000 salary depending on experience.
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 with service.
- Option to compress hours and finish early on a Friday.
