A successful and expanding Independent Financial Advice firm in Harrow is seeking a Trainee Paraplanner to join its growing team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator who is studying towards the Level 4 Diploma, or someone looking to take the next step into paraplanning with full training, mentoring and career development.
The Role
Working closely with experienced advisers and paraplanners, you'll develop your technical knowledge while supporting the delivery of high-quality financial planning advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with research across pensions, investments and protection
- Supporting the preparation of suitability reports and recommendations
- Gathering client information and analysing financial data
- Liaising with providers and obtaining policy information
- Preparing review documentation for client meetings
- Working alongside advisers throughout the advice process
- Building technical knowledge through structured training and study

Working Pattern
- Harrow-based office
- Hybrid working available (typically 2–3 days from home)

Package
- Up to £38,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

Requirements
- Previous experience within an IFA or financial planning environment
- Experience in an IFA Administration role is highly desirable
- Working towards, or committed to studying for, the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ambition to build a long-term career in financial planning
