Trainee Property Executive
South Woodford, Essex (5-days onsite)
£25,000 per annum
I am pleased to be working alongside an established real estate investment organisation. They are seeking an ambitious individual to join their business as a Trainee Property Executive.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the property sector while gaining hands-on experience across acquisitions, property sourcing, administration, and portfolio management.
The selected Trainee Property Executive will work closely with senior property professionals and receive comprehensive training in property investment, acquisitions, and management.
Key Responsibilities for Trainee Property Executive:
- Identify and research potential property acquisition opportunities
- Assist with property valuations and investment appraisals
- Arrange property viewings, surveys, and appointments
- Build and maintain relationships with agents, developers, and other industry contacts
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Manage diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming enquiries and general administration
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Support day-to-day business operations and project coordination
Experience Required of Trainee Property Executive:
- Strong interest in property, real estate, or investments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
- Professional, confident, and personable manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong administrative and IT skills
Previous property experience is advantageous but not essential. Candidates without industry experience must demonstrate a genuine interest in pursuing a career within the property sector.
