Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Basic £28,860 (uncapped commission)
£35,000 – £40,000 realistic OTE in first year – uncapped commission thereafter

Hybrid – 3-4 days in office (after successful probation/initial promotion).

Whether you're just starting your career, looking for a career change or want to boost your current recruitment career, we're looking for results driven individuals to join our highly social team and take your first step on Sanderson's Development Pathway as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

No prior recruitment experience is required: we can provide all the training you need to become a successful recruiter. However, we do need:

  • Strong communication skills; a keen interest in people, active listening and the confidence to have engaging conversations with diverse groups of people
  • Ambition; the desire to learn and progress within Sanderson
  • Resilience; the ability to overcome challenges and the discipline to work towards achieving positive results
  • Urgency; working in a fast paced, competitive environment and switching between multiple tasks
  • Partnership; Working collaboratively in a close team environment and building strong relationships
  • Sales experience or a willingness to thrive in a sales environment.


Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates via job boards, social media, and networking
  • Write and post engaging job adverts to attract top talent
  • Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Arrange interviews and manage the offer process
  • Support business development by identifying new client leads
  • Keep accurate records in the CRM and ensure compliance
