£28,000 + Commission (100K OTE – Best Commission in London) + 25 days Holiday + Afternoon/Evening Work hours + Pension

Ernest Gordon Recruitment specialise in Engineering, Technology, Manufacturing and IT Recruitment across the UK and internationally. We are at the beginning of our journey having only been established for 7 years and are excited about what the next 7 years look like. We have 3 sites and 40 staff – but this is just the beginning.

We are looking for the next generation of Directors and Managers in the business. We want to work with ambitious, driven individuals who want to have a big career and ultimately see themselves as a Senior leader.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our brand new division where you will be part of a brand new office heading up and growing a UK based team to work in the USA market. The role offers ultimate flexibility and ownership to help grow an entire division from scratch.

You will need flexibility in your life with different working hours, especially for roles on the West coast of the US.
