We are seeking a Training Officer to design, coordinate and deliver high-quality technical training programmes across products, machinery and jointing techniques. The successful candidate will provide engaging training to employees, customers and distribution partners, ensuring all stakeholders develop the practical skills and knowledge required to use and promote products effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom, workshop and on-site technical training sessions. Design and maintain training materials, presentations and learning content. Conduct practical and theoretical assessments and maintain certification records. Support customers, contractors, distributors and internal sales teams with technical product training. Maintain training matrices, monitor certification renewals and coordinate refresher training. Promote best practice, health & safety compliance and safe working practices. Gather feedback and continuously improve training programmes. Stay up to date with industry developments, legislation and standards.
Key Requirements
Experience delivering technical training and presenting to groups of varying sizes. Background in construction, engineering, manufacturing or technical products. Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, adaptable and customer-focused approach.
Desirable
Knowledge of thermoplastic piping systems. Experience within water, industrial or utility sectors. Experience creating digital learning content and assessing practical competence.

Additional Information
Based across office, workshop and customer sites. Regular travel across the UK & Ireland, with occasional European travel. Some overnight stays may be required.
