The Role:
Silcom Recruitment is seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to join a high performing, established main dealer, based in Portsmouth.
We are looking for candidates who are Senior Sales Executives, Business Managers, Transaction Managers, Sales Controllers or experienced Retail Managers within the motor trade.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Oversee and manage the vehicle sales transaction process from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
Maximise finance, insurance, and add-on product sales via effective presentation and compliant selling techniques.
Work closely with the sales team to support conversion of enquiries into sales and maintain high levels of customer service.
Ensure all financial paperwork is completed accurately and in line with FCA and company regulations.
Monitor and report on performance metrics, helping drive profitability and departmental improvements.
The Package:
£35,000 Basic + realistic £66,000 OTE uncapped, company car, plus fantastic company benefits.
6,4,6,4 shift, a fixed day off during the week, but you work Saturday and Sunday one week and have Saturday and Sunday off the next week, alternating with the other Transaction Manager.
