Our client is a market leading manufacturer. Due to growth, they are now looking to recruit a Trasport Coordinator.
The Role
- Managing the logistical movement of goods.
- Running transport ensuring routes are planned, drivers are scheduled and deliveries arrive on time and within budget.
- Liaising with 3rd party logistics companies.
- Planning and scheduling.
- Real-time monitoring.
- Customer updates.
The Person
- Previous experiencing in planning transport.
- Manufacturing or logistics background preferred.
- Will have good planning skills.
- You will be IT literate with good analytical skills.
- Will have the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
