A family business are experiencing high demand and looking for a super star Transport Planner to add to their ever growing team.
Company growth is phenomenal; their processes, infrastructure and systems spot on, and are ready to really take it up a notch, but they need the best Transport Planner in Wigan to make it happen.
It’s a business built on family, multimillion pound contracts being signed, but their ethos remains humble.
Fantastic set up, especially for a Transport Planner because they’ve got the best system to make your life easier, and you’re going to be moving into state of the art offices that they’ve built for their staff too.
Role consists of full management of the fleet (artics mainly), you will start by looking after the contracted work (local authorities for example), then eventually once comfortable, you’ll start to expand and manage further fleets. Full UK planning, with some Scotland based to so geographical knowledge is paramount.
What they need is someone who just gets it, doesn’t need their hand holding, confident in their abilities, knows how to do the job with their eyes shut, and someone who understands waste/ recycling. If you’ve already got this knowledge, you will thrive here.
