Description
- Engage with clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences.

- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel products, and services.
- Handle bookings, amendments, and cancellations efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry trends and offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting travel packages and services.
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to secure the best deals for clients.
Profile
A successful Travel Consultant should have:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
- A strong interest in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in using booking systems and relevant software.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving targets.
