This is a fantastic opportunity for a PA seeking a hybrid work arrangement to support a female Principal. The specifics of this role include frequent travel to Europe with the Principal, so the candidate must be flexible and available to travel on short notice. Travel could be frequent with variable length, so flexibility is key. When the Principal is in the UK, work is fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact and a gatekeeper for all private enquiries
- Communicate all relevant information in a concise and efficient manner to the Principal, presenting the main points of required attention
- Household management responsibilities including household staff management, rota management, resolving queries – for the UK and EU-based Households
- Orders, deliveries, private shopping management for personal and household needs
- Provide administrative support such as mail and call handling, online and offline meeting arrangements, communication with third-party suppliers
- Diary management, arranging various private appointments and meetings
- EU-focused travel arrangements
- Maintain the flow of electronic documents and information, including file and records storage
- Handle invoicing and payments for the Principal
- Project a warm, professional and welcoming image when taking meetings on behalf of the Principal
- Travel with the Principal in various EU-based locations
Key Skills
- Sound PA experience, ideally in a private setting
- Fluent Russian language skills, Fluent English, Italian is an advantage
- Flexibility to travel with the Principal when required for as long as required
- Degree is preferred
- EU and/or UK passport for ease of travel
- Based in the UK, right to work in the UK
- Happy to work remotely while in the UK
- Good organisational skills and eye for detail
- Warm, reliable, trustworthy
