UI/UX Graphic Design Specialist
Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 per annum + Performance Bonus
Permanent | Full-Time | 35 Hours Per Week
Hybrid Working – Work from home 4 days a week with just 1 day per week in the office (Buckinghamshire)

We're looking for a talented Digital Designer with a strong understanding of User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (CX) to join our client's growing Digital Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and enhancing the digital journey across the organisation's products, services and websites.
Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business, you'll design intuitive user experiences, create engaging user interfaces, optimise customer journeys and help embed a customer-first approach throughout the organisation. Combining your expertise in UI Design, UX Design, Customer Experience and website optimisation, you'll develop seamless digital experiences that not only delight users but also drive engagement, usability and business success.
What you'll be doing as the UI/UX Graphic Design Specialist:
- Design engaging, user-friendly digital experiences across websites and online services.
- Improve customer journeys by identifying pain points and recommending effective solutions.
- Carry out user research, interviews and usability testing to better understand customer needs.
- Create personas, customer journey maps, user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
- Apply UX, UI and customer experience best practice to improve usability and digital engagement.
- Analyse customer behaviour, feedback and website data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver customer-focused digital projects.
- Facilitate workshops using design-thinking techniques to solve user challenges.
- Support the continued development of customer-centred design across the organisation.
- Work with CMS and CRM platforms to enhance digital services and user engagement.
As the UI/UX Graphic Design Specialist you will:
Be someone in the earlier stages of your UI/UX career, with strong graphic design skills, looking for a progressive role. You will enjoy solving problems, understanding customer behaviour and designing digital experiences that make a genuine difference.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in a UX, UI or design role
- A strong portfolio demonstrating website design, user interface design and user experience projects.
- Excellent skills in graphic design
- Knowledge of user research, customer journey mapping and design thinking.
- Experience creating wireframes, page templates, user flows, personas and interactive prototypes.
- A good understanding of usability testing and customer feedback analysis.
- The ability to translate customer insights into practical, user-focused solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with website CMS and CRM platforms.
- A qualification or certification in UX Design, Interaction Design or Customer Experience.
- Live within an hours commute of High Wycombe, Bucks
What you'll receive as the UI/UX Graphic Design Specialist:
- Salary of £38,000 – £42,000, depending on experience.
- Performance-related bonus scheme.
