SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be working with a truly unique Creative Academy in North West London, offering an incredible opportunity for an unqualified SEND teacher or an experienced SEND HLTA to lead a small, specialist SEND class from September 2025.

? The Role:

Leading a small SEND class (pupils with needs including ASD, SEMH, and communication difficulties).

Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons tailored to individual needs.

Working closely with SENCOs, therapists and a dedicated support team.

Fostering independence, confidence and joy in learning.

An unqualified teacher or HLTA with strong SEND experience and excellent behaviour management.
