About the Role

As a Care Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting residents to live happy, comfortable, and fulfilling lives by:

  • Providing high-quality personal care with dignity and respect
  • Supporting residents with daily living activities
  • Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
  • Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing
  • Assisting with activities and social engagement
  • Working collaboratively as part of a supportive care team
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns appropriately
