Opportunity for a US Tax Associate to join a leading International Law Firm in London

The Opportunity
My client is looking to hire an ambitious U.S. Tax Associate to join their internationally recognised Tax team based in London.
The role will see you advising a broad mix of international high net worth individuals, families, family offices and their closely held businesses on U.S. and international tax, trust and estate planning matters.
The work is highly varied, covering areas such as international trust and estate structuring, expatriation and pre-immigration planning, cross-border philanthropy, and investment structuring for both U.S. and non-U.S. clients.
You will gain exposure to complex, cross-border matters. The position offers a high level of responsibility, direct client contact, and the opportunity to contribute to sophisticated, strategic tax planning work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Must be a US Qualified lawyer, 2 to 5 year
- Strong experience advising on U.S. tax, trust and estate planning matters
- Experience researching and analysing Internal Revenue Code and Regulations
- Experience preparing technical advice memoranda and drafting wills and trusts
- LLM in Taxation or relevant academic/practical specialism
