An excellent opportunity for a Utility Surveyor to join a growing and well-established surveying practice offering long-term progression, stability and a sociable team culture. This is a newly created role due to continued growth, giving you the chance to join at an exciting time as the business expands and evolves.

Do you have experience in Utility Surveying? Are you looking to join a close-knit, social company where you can develop your skills and progress long-term?

This established and growing surveying consultancy delivers a comprehensive range of services, including CCTV drainage, Utility Detection, Topographical and Measured Building Surveys, supporting clients from domestic to large commercial, education and government sectors across London and the Home Counties. With a close-knit, social culture and a strong track record of developing staff, the company is entering an exciting phase of growth and is now seeking motivated individuals to join the team and progress alongside the business long term.

In this role, you will be predominantly site-based across London and the Home Counties, carrying out utility surveys using GPR and EML equipment, working on a variety of projects ranging from domestic to large infrastructure schemes. You will work closely with the wider surveying and CAD teams, with opportunities for hybrid working and report writing from home depending on experience and preference.

The ideal candidate will have experience in utility surveying, with knowledge of GPR and EML techniques. You will be a sociable, team-oriented individual who enjoys working collaboratively and is keen to continue developing your skills within a supportive environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Utility Surveyor seeking long-term stability, structured progression into senior or management roles, and the chance to join a friendly, forward-thinking company with strong growth plans.

The Role:

  • Carrying out utility surveys using GPR and EML equipment
  • Working on a wide range of projects from domestic to large-scale developments
  • Collaborating with in-house CAD and surveying teams
  • Primarily site-based across London & Home Counties

The Person:

  • Experience in Utility Surveying & use of equipment
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Comfortable travelling across London and the Home Counties
  • Sociable, team-oriented with a willingness to learn and develop
