What the role involves
- Leading the end-to-end valuation process across relevant funds, working closely with asset teams and external valuers
- Monitoring and flagging material changes, and supporting quarterly and annual valuation cycles
- Reviewing and challenging valuations, preparing and presenting valuation papers, and producing asset-by-asset valuation and return analysis with supporting narrative
- Delivering portfolio-level analytical insights, including market benchmarking, KPI tracking, and trend analysis
- Supporting asset allocation and liquidity management analysis, and contributing to fund strategy and portfolio composition discussions
- Preparing performance commentary for investor reports and coordinating regular portfolio calls with internal teams
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in infrastructure or renewables valuations, with the ability to lead processes from internal review through to independent valuer engagement, committee presentation and sign-off
- Strong command of valuation methodologies (DCF, market comparables, income approach), with the ability to produce asset-by-asset analyses and bridge commentary
- Experience producing portfolio-level insights – valuation driver and bridge analysis, benchmarking, KPI tracking, and liquidity/allocation assessments
- Track record of maintaining and enhancing valuation policies, controls and governance frameworks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships across global, cross-functional teams
- Advanced MS Excel (financial modelling) and PowerPoint</strong>; exposure to eFront, Workiva or Aladdin advantageous
